LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Here's some tips from us to reduce the hire fee associated with your event...

  • Change the day - for evening events, Monday to Wednesday would attract the lowest rates, followed by Thursdays and Sundays, then Fridays and then Saturdays being our most expensive rate.  For daytime events, weekdays are lower cost than weekends.

  • Change the timings - for every event we charge by the hour, so you could revisit your start and end time if flexible.

  • Guest numbers - the number of guests attending will dictate how many floors you need to hire.  If more than 150 guests, you need 2 floors.  If more than 250 guests you would need all 3 floors.  Try reducing guest numbers.

  • Under 18s - if you have more than 20 under 18s attending any evening event we have applied an additional charge of £25/hour to cover security/door costs.
