ADDITIONAL SETUP TIME
For events ending after 7pm, you do get one hour (directly preceding the event) free of charge to set up. Additional setup hours can be added for just £25 per hour. Please note that this option is only available for our evening events.
If you need some help assembling your decorations or would prefer to drop them off and have our team to do the setup for you, choose this option. Detailed instructions must be provided.
TABLE AND CHAIRS SETUP & SETDOWN
For events requiring a sit-down dinner. We will set out tables and chairs in agreed format and clear them away again (either during or after the event).
WHITE LINEN TABLECLOTHS & NAPKINS
We will provide (and lay out) tablecloths and napkins. This is calculated on a per guest basis. Depending on table layout, 1 tablecloth will usually accommodate 6 guests (so it is approximately £7.50 per tablecloth).
PLATING UP AND SETTING OUT
We will take delivery of your buffet and unpack it and plate it up /set it all out for you. Price is per guest (i.e. for a buffet for 60 guests, this service will cost £30)
Fuel-heated 9 litre stainless steel serving dishes for keeping food warm (approx 20 to 30 portions). Price includes the washing up :-)
White crockery. Price includes the washing up.
3 items of choice (i.e. knife, fork and spoon). Price includes the washing up.
Selection of glasses can be made available (flutes, wine glasses, tumblers, high-ball, etc.). Price is per glass (glasses are not replenished throughout the event, so you may need 2 or 3 times the number of guests attending).
Welcome your guests with a drink or two on arrival. This is the price per head for one drink - this can be Prosecco or Beer.
Offer each guest a drink of their choice (excludes doubles, premium spirits and cocktails).
